SJ Biz Buzz Members and Advisors Gather and Share Information on Issues That Matter and Affect the Business Community

Business Development and Growth Committee – Alex Nemiroff, Esq., Chair
The Business Development and Growth Committee is focused on small business issues and economic and workforce development.

Community Affairs Committee - Chris Flowers & Stephanie Szklarski, Chairs
The Community Affairs Committee’s principal work is to enhance business climate and collaborate with regional associations to improve South Jersey.

Continuing Education and Training - Deb Myerson, Chair
This Committee will provide information and resources for continuing education. Information will be provided for State or private programs, training sessions or classes.

Governmental Affairs - Jeffrey Booker, Chair
This Committee reviews and reports on local, state and national issues that directly affect the South Jersey region. It also strives to inform members and site visitors of these issues and increase overall awareness.

Green Energy - Jay Beckley, Liaison
This Committee will report about initiatives being developed within South Jersey to encourage businesses to become greener.

Healthcare - Paul Szklarski, Chair; Spencer Broad, Liaison
This Committee will report about the healthcare environment from the employer’s point of view. Articles and information will be compiled to support and educate the business owner and manager of cost effective choices to benefit the employee and the employer.

Marketing - Bill Hagan, Liaison 
This committee will educate the business community by providing information to filter out the who and how of Marketing in South Jersey.

Minority Business Committee
This committee will bring to the forefront issues Minority Businesses face and provide information bringing awareness to these issues.
